NO response from serial terminal

When i try to connect to a serial terminal on 125000 baud rate nothing happens. the 1.0.7 version works like a charm on serial terminal but not 1.0.8. I'm using Cardputer adv . when i press any of the keys nothing happends

pretty sure it was removed in this commit: 675dd25

could either compile the debug build or change the "DPORKCHOP_LOG_ENABLED" flag from a 0 to a 1

also the correct baud is 115200

edit: wait I just tried changing that log flag and compiling, but it doesn't seem to output the same serial data it used to. this is much more debug focused
