Include a one-click GitHub issue submission template to each dashboard item #351
Description
The problem and impacted users: it can be difficult for people unfamiliar with github to open issues and submit feedback
Idea to address the problem: create a URL for each dashboard entry that links to a repo-specific New Issue page with a pre-formatted issue prompt. Here's an example link for this repo.
