[Bug] Wrong quantity of Coal Dust in any non-IC2 Crafting Table recipe that requires Coal Dust

What is happening
When you use FrogCraft and any other mod that has a Crafting Recipe that requires Coal Dust, you will see in JEI how they will require 3 units of Coal Dust, when in practice they only require 1

1.- 3 IC2 recipes that are fine, and at the bottom there's a recipe that seems to require 3 Coal Dust (recipe from GregTech Experimental)

2.- But you can see how it only requires 1 Coal Dust

3.- More affected recipes (it even works with other mods not related to IC2, like HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod)

4.- After removing FrogCraft, all the recipes are show as expected:

Versions
IC2: industrialcraft-2-2.8.221-ex112
FrogCraft Rebirth: 2.2.3
JEI: 1.12.2-4.15.0.297

GregTech Experimental: gregtechmod-0.3.9
(only used to get more recipes that uses Coal Dust, but you can use any other mod, like the one i said above (HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod) or Reactor Stuff's Depleted Isotope Recipe)

Additional Notes
Well, honestly i have no clue what could be happening (nor how to fix it), but as i said, i only open more issues to have a registry of them
