Unclear dimensions configuration options #15
Description
The options for configuring diagram dimensions are a bit ambigious. For mermaid, there are width, height and scale, which can all be nil. If I wanted my diagrams to stick to 88 columns as a minimum size, but grow outside if necessary, how would this be accomplished?
