bug of “make stdgen”

Why delete LHQ_X1.pinLayout in pinLayouts_2F_4T? This may cause errors when running 'make stdgen'.

Actually, LHQ_X1 must be excluded from the "CELLS" list in config.mk for the 2F cell group, but it remained for the 3F cell group.
Thanks to Yucheng, I added the 2F LHQ_X1 pinLayout files. Please download the pinLayout file and try again.

When i make stdgen, CELL NAND4_X2_2F_4T_ET_MPO2 does not finish. After I investigated it, I found the problem was with the Z3 solver. Would it be recommended to set a timeout for the solver? If certain cells cannot be solved, are there modifications that I need to do so that it won't affect the post-DesignEnablement stage? Any recommended tricks for using the Z3 solver will also be highly appreciated.
