problem about pinlayouts generated #9

Hello,
It is noticed that the pinlayouts of DFFHQN and RNQ ,generated from cdl by the script, only have InstanceInfo, PinInfo and NetInfo, while the examples given have PartitionInfo, M2TrackAssignInfo, SpecialNetInfo and SDBCellInfo in addition. I wonder how can I possibly solve the problem?
