Importing *.h5 file from a ARDFtoHDF5 converter not working in PyJibe

Hi,
I am working with Asylum Research AFM and PyJibe. The data I acquire are maps of force-distance curves, which are generated as *.ARDF files. I translate these files into *.h5 files to be able to read them in PyJibe, but it does not work. This is the error message:
"No AFM data files could be found in the location specified"

Hello, HDF5 files are only supported in the afmformats file format: https://afmformats.readthedocs.io/en/stable/sec_api/afmformats.formats.fmt_hdf5.html#afmformats.formats.fmt_hdf5.load_hdf5

Which means either you convert your data into this structure or you implement a reader and create a pull request for afmformats.

• an example *.ARDF file and translated *.h5 file
• the code you use for translation
• the error message/traceback you get when loading the file in pyjibe.

Then I can have a look at the problem. Thanks!
