DXsoider node N9JR-2 has 2 inbound pyluster peer connections, AI3I-15 and N9JR-3. Both show frequent disconnect and reconnects.

A few observations showed N9JR-3 connected at 1530 UTC and again at 1528 UTC. A second observation showed a connect at 1730 and again at 1745 UTC.

Connections are so frequent both AI3I-15 and N9JR-3 never show average round trip time below 999.00.
