Automatic switch to CMSIS panel on activation causes Debugger extension E2E tests failing

View automatic switches to CMSIS panel on activation of CMSIS extension.

Impact:

1. User needs to go back to file explorer if he needs to edit the source code
2. vscode-debugger extension E2E test are failing because it looks for elements in file explore meanwhile view switches.

The behaviour got introduced in v1.64.0 by the following change:

We might need to introduce a (hidden) extension setting to disable auto-focus on solution load.

All source files which are part of the active solution are listed in the CMSIS View. Only files not (directly) related with the CMSIS Project and hence not recorded in any cproject.yml file are not visible in CMSIS View.

Appreciated, as the switch is triggered "somewhen" once solution has been loaded this may be challenging from an E2E test point of view. You may await that switch before progressing with the test logic. But we shall discuss about adding a (hidden) extension setting to switch that behaviour off.
