Show latest online available Pack version in Pack Properties dialog #494

Feature Request
Show the latest online-available version of a software pack in Software Pack → Pack Properties. The dialog displays both the currently installed version and the latest version available online.
In the tooltip for Show pack history on web portal, display the latest online-available version explicitly.
The Web Portal button changes color when a newer version is available online than the currently installed version.
