This pull request includes extensive code refactoring along with background color updates to improve the overall consistency and maintainability of the codebase. Unnecessary CSS files and redundant code have been removed so that only Bootstrap and Font Awesome are used. However, I was unable to rearrange the layout components as originally planned due to limitations in the current implementation. Future improvements may address these layout adjustments if needed.
