DNS not resolving my privat dns A records

Hi, since the latest update my dns isnt working correctly i get on my mac:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

nslookup dns.lan
Server: 10.10.0.53
Address: 10.10.0.53#53

** server can't find dns.lan: NXDOMAIN

What is the error ? any idea ?

AdGuard Home forwarded the query to a public upstream, which returned NXDOMAIN; you can verify this in the Query log.
