DNS ReWrite Option Not Working #8072

Action
After the latest update, the DNS Rewrite option stopped working. When selecting “Edit” on an existing DNS Rewrite entry, it opens a new entry form instead of allowing edits. The edit functionality for existing DNS Rewrite entries is completely missing.
Expected result
Edit option next to existing DNS rewrite entry should allow making changes to it. Instead it opens blank form for new addition and it adds a new DNS rewrite entry.
Actual result
Edit option adds a new DNS rewrite entry.
