I suggest sending a Notification to the operator if the pressure has an unexpected value.
Note: This came up due to H2 not being removed, because OpenLine hadn't been run, but it should have been pumped out by prior code. I.e., the code that admitted the H2 should have evacuated it. I think this 'triggering' condition has been resolved, but we should nonetheless ensure (1) the destination is empty or frozen before joining the source_destination, and (2) the pressure after transfer time up is essentially zero.
