Zarr Bug

When I write a zarr file with overwrite ("w") mode, the detected_on becomes all zero. Only occurs when overwriting to the same array.

zarr lacks the functionality to modify files inplace (which i guess makes sense)

so instead of trying to delete rows at the file level, i should keep tabs on which cells have been deprecated, and

1. load undeprecated cells only
2. when appending traces for a new frame, fill in the deprecated with np.nan
