Improve Reliability Score messages #432
Description
We should make it clear it tests the CPU and network speed, and if possible, print out their score as it appears in the server.
Additionally, I may be wrong, but I believe it prints it failed the Reliability Score for ANY reason. What I mean, it could have been a timeout and it will say it failed because the RS score was too low.
