Lighthouse v0.3.0 Breaks Beacon Metrics

If you use the new lighthouse v0.3, make sure to update to the latest eth2stats-client version, and use --beacon.type="v1" instead of --beacon.type="lighthouse". The v1 here refers to the standard API which lighthouse adopted in v0.3. Eventually all clients will be supporting this, and then we can remove the need for the type flag, and just always use the standard API.
