Tier 3 abilities for aliens in combat

Hi Jim West,

Thanks for creating combat - I think it's a great mod, especially for players who want to learn new lifeforms or tactics. Good job!

It looks like tier 3 abilities for aliens have been disabled since the new build was implemented. (e.g. bile bomb, xenocide, etc) Can you please look into it? Thanks!
