Exosuits don't accurately reflect current armor level

As soon as an exosuit is purchased, it's armor is set to the level without upgrades. If you purchase an exosuit and then lvl3 armor, you get the full amount, but only for that life.

My best guess for a fix (I'm not terribly familiar with lua) would be in output/lua/combat_ExperienceData.lua, in the GiveExoDualMinigun and GiveExoRailGun functions, to add something like the following:
