View HTML button as part of the defaults

I see that the menubar is not-showing because of this line menubar: false,

Do you think having this menubar: true, would be better?
That way the default is to have all the available functionality...

I agree it would be great to restore the "source code" button to the TinyMceWidget in this repo to give it functional parity with the TinyMceWidget currently in Mezzanine; however, I'm not sure that simply re-enabling the entire menubar is the correct approach to doing this:

• If the user selects File -> New Document, he blows away all of the content in the RichTextField (not exactly expected behavior).
• If the user selects View -> Fullscreen, the entire UI gets messed up with no way to undo the "fullscreen" mode (also not exactly expected behavior).

My two cents are that we should just manually edit the buttons on the TinyMCE widget as seen here; thoughts or objections?
