What happened?

Entities stutter-stepping. Chunks loading slowly. Messages in chat attributing memory leaks to chunk access.
I disabled Immersive UI ( I find it annoying ) and JourneyMap ( had lots of cpu usage on previous attempts ). Also, disabled shaders.
