Hi, building upon my previous question #102, I noticed that after inference the number of time samples changed. I assume this is the result of padding or the effects of the denoising model. During my neuropixel recordings, I deliver stimulus to the animal and record evoked responses, meaning I have a sync channel to help me accurately identify stimulus event timings. Is there a way to sync my event timings back to the denoised data?
