Ability to color spots by original channel instead of reassigned channel #6
Description
You can see the origin of a given spot when you hover over it, but it would also be useful to be able to color all spots based on where they came from prior to reassignment, to get a sense of how many were reassigned and from where, along with distance from their original or reassigned dye line.
