Browser scrolling is slow and consumes lots of CPU time

With enabled Advanced browser scrolling of my notes in browser view becomes sluggish. It seems anki does not process mousewheel events in time. And anki process consumes the whole CPU core while scrolling.

For comparison without Advanced Browser addon scrolling with mouse wheel in Browser window feels snappy and CPU usage by anki process stays below half a core.

Python 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1

Some new info.

I noticed that I can reduce CPU usage during scrolling by squeezing Browser window vertically, so fewer rows are shown.

I suspect each window repaint during scroll requires some heavy processing for all visible rows.
So one of the ways to reduce this issue might be by caching processing results.

I wonder how can I profile anki to see what is actually slow.

I recently got bigger screen and had to disable Advanced browser, as scrolling of maximized browser window with increased number of rows became unbearably slow.
