Windows custom Text Size breaks the dragging

Hey. Thank you so much for the project.

I've just noticed that if you change your Text Size in windows, the dragging of the customwindow is broken, it doesn't take into account the custom textSize, when it seems it should.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Accessibility -> Text Size
2. Change it to a value that isn't 100%
3. Try drag a Custom Window, it'll be off by the textSize %
