FR: Add Local Prefilter Before Sending to Gemini/Gemma

Add an optional local prefilter to process or mark sensitive data (e.g., passwords, transactions) before sending screenshots to Gemini/Gemma.
We don’t send those marked screenshots to Gemma or Gemini.
This improves privacy.

Modes

1. None – Directly send screenshot (default).
2. Light (Recommended) – Fast prefilter, simple.
3. Deep – Slower but more accurate.

This is a really good suggestion,
we can try to implement this in phases.

First before implementing we have to document how to define a sensitive image/content.
Then based on that we can try out the strategies.

I'm thinking for general (least false positive):

1. Card details
2. API Keys
   (please extend the list)

It is important to consider only the things with highest positive rate since it will be annoying to get unintended screenshots to get blocked in the pipeline.
