[Feature] 删除虫蚀方块的虚空衰变标签 #3318

虚空能发电机会自动产生虚空衰变的方块阻碍效率，玩家可能会使用一些方法（例如TNT/机械动力的移动结构、铁砧工艺自己的方块破坏）自动清除衰变方块来保证发电器全功率工作。在这种情况下如果玩家的地基使用石制方块建造会导致地基被蠹虫侵蚀，经过长时间加载后会导致地基几乎完全被转变为虫蚀方块（尤其是对于服务器而言）。如果这不是刻意为之的特性，希望删除掉虫蚀方块的#anvilcraft:void_decay_products标签来避免这种情况。
