My aqc113 network card is experiencing abnormal speed on Linux kernel 6.12.18.

Transfer speed from my computer to NAS is normal

Transfer speed from NAS to my computer is abnormal

My NAS uses an aqc113 network card

My computer uses an rtl8127 network card

I don't know where the problem lies. Please help me.
