FYI (looking at the linked example but not knowing the underlying code), you can usually "fix" the overlapping arrows by reordering the relations. Not sure if this can be applied here though, I'd assume you're creating these dynamically. Anyway, nevermind my comments in this repo ^^

Thanks. I was wondering about those crossing arrows. I'm used to dot/graphiz graphs, and that would probably have prevented these arrows. But these look better otherwise.

Feel free to comment on anything here. I'm not yet properly following a development workflow, as it is all a bit in flux / a mess. But it is getting better.
