Ensure we can release MetisWISE w.r.t. licensing

Currently the 'common' code of the WISE technology is closed, so it is not clear how to release MetisWISE.

We decided that we can place the login information to the omegacen conda repository on a METIS internal service, like the METIS gitlab, or wiki.
