Description
preferable to have select boxes with wording within (such as Breast Fed, Bottle Fed' etc.) rather than yes/no selections, for both nutrition and hygiene sections.
doesn't need 'problem identified' question at the bottom of either (similarly for the 'sleeping' section also.)
