test that ebimage-deps branch works

I figured out that if you add 'EBImage' to the Imports and 'biocViews:' in the description file you can check and install EBImage on the initial install of the package. I have made those changes and removed the check in checkvars. 

Just need to make sure it still works, change the version number and build a new version.
