Seperate Xiaopeng's rat during supervisor summerize #105

Issue
Xiaopeng's rats are handled differently and no summary is needed. Is there a better way of assigning them separately to speed up the assignment process and not include data we don't need?
Desired Behavior
Ideal outcome would be to pull the assignments from Z:\Project Excels\GD_Grp1_Red_Teal_Lime.xlsx and just not have them show up in supervisor.xlsx, though it might need to be flexible for different work books to future proof.
- This might have the negative downside of not showing warnings that ARE relevant like weight, but weight is typically currently checked using graphing feature in admin tools.
- This is a special case just for Xiaopeng.
Next best would be a simplified different workbook without the summary that only lists the weight issues.
