Thanks for reporting the issue. This appears to be related to the GitHub connection error that occurred when Studio was checking for the latest SQLite drivers.

Could you please try again to see if it works now?

Besides that, we will keep it open and improve error handling, so site can be created regardless of GitHub connection state.
