Spade option displays "Loading" continously

Using CM 2026 version 12.5, and Visual Studio 2026 version 18.2.1, whenever I use the Spade option it displays the CodeMaid Spade panel but continuously shows "Loading".

This happens will all files across multiple solutions.

Not sure if relevant, but the projects are all Net10.

I have exactly the same issue. Pity, as this tool is useful for a large codebase with multiple developers.
