Viewed thread history

Sometimes I want to find some post I saw recently but don't remember where I saw it. A list of threads I've viewed would be helpful!

Should probably be a setting so people can turn it off. Maybe also allow changing how long to keep history.

Not sure where to put it in the UI. Could be its own "forum"?
