Left comment to provide option for VNET Internal/External setting. Rest looks good. Hope this sample is deployed and tested.

it would be good to provide option for VNet internal : YEs | No . Ref: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/container-apps/networking?tabs=workload-profiles-env%2Cazure-cli#accessibility-levels
