[BUG] Create new project bugs

Steps to reproduce:

• Select a cluster and a namespace within the cluster
• Click create -> fails [Bug 1 - Error needs to be more descriptive]

Now,

• Change the cluster -> namespace field does not clear [Bug 2 - Namespace field should clear]

These exist on the main branch
