3. Various projects are abandoning it (botbuilder mentioned in RestError class no longer matches the instance thrown via botbuilder message sends #490, actions/toolkit in Support Node.js 24 actions/toolkit#2110)
4. The dependency on node-fetch@v2 triggers a punicode warning node-fetch@v2 dependency triggers "DeprecationWarning: The punycode module is deprecated" #491
5. There are trivial typos that could be fixed (e.g. Meat should be meet #487) -- I don't submit PRs to dead repositories beyond updating their readmes to indicate they're dead, otherwise I'd be happy to provide a spelling PR (I do this very often, but only if there's a reasonable chance of my work being accepted)
6. Issues aren't being properly addressed (The Dependency tough-cookie need to be upgraded #483 should be closed as Remove cookie support. #485 resolved it, but no one closed the ticket)
7. Support parsing default responses #472 (comment) indicates the repository is in maintenance mode
