compile effieciency

I really wonder why the speed of compiling nccl and the speed of compiling msccl can be so different. When I try "make pkg.debian.build" in msccl ,it takes me many hours....

Same. I use the commit c6f6b3. It has been stuck for over half an hour in compilation without any return.
