New deployment - homepage broken by W3 Totalcache default configuration

Hi,

I just deployed wordpress on appservice from the marketplace and display of the admin bar and other components of the homepage is broken.
The browser console shows failed attempts to load some js scripts from https://wplinuxpre-5f1ae31c7fc7e76b0185-endpoint.azureedge.net.
Turns out this is due to the W3 Total Cache extension having the "CDN" setting enabled and configured with that url by default, even though I unchecked the "CDN" option when deploying.

Simple workaround : disable CDN in W3 Total Cache or disable W3TC altogether if not using it.

I'm new to this and trying to install it for the first time. Something is really wrong because I cannot get a clean working version with everything updated. I'm new to this and not familiar with the tooling so will have to learn VIM to get debugging working.

@ssuing8825 If vi is not your favorite, you can browse and modify files in the browser using Kudu. Just append /newui to the base URL of your Kudu instance. E.g. https://yourappservicename.scm.azurewebsites.net/newui

I did figure out a combination that worked.

1. I did a clean install
2. I then disabled all the plugins including the W3 Total Cache.
3. I did an upgrade to word press
4. Then disabled the plugins again

I didn't upgrade the W3 Total Cache plugin and I'm slightly afraid to.

@ssuing8825 As mentioned in my initial description of the issue, you can keep W3 Total Cache entirely disabled or enable it and go into its settings and disable CDN
