Add option to *not* create access file in ResourceSpace #45
Description
A collection of automated theater recordings brought up the need to declare if a given ingested object should not have an access copy made, but just get ingested and searchable data entered into resourcespace with no media attached.
This would be a tick box on the ingest screen? I'd also have to change the pymm defaults for makeDerivs.
