Describe the bug

1. Placing loaders on another loaders does not work. It despawns immediately
2. Spamming with loaders then destroying them causes plugin to go into infinite loop
   In server logs i see infinite amount of the same messages

Also name of loaders are stuck in the air but blocks are not there anymore. Also placing loader under those names breaks them immediately.

Probably not a real world case but seems pretty weird anyway.
Also fixes only after complete server restart

Regarding the first issue, is probably due to the hologram. Are you able to place regular blocks?
Regarding the second issue, does it happen with any loader or a specific one? Can you show me the entire logs and a video showing how to replicate it?

My bad for lacking info.
It happens with any loader. Used regular one. Added vid (for some reason github fails to upload my vid so there is external link https://files.fm/u/tcegmnce2w)
I am not sure about logs. From server side it looks like so

Seems like actual block is broken but async happens and some task trying to remove it from internal plugin data and fails with infinite retries. Going to deep dive into the code tomorrow, its 5 am now i wanna sleep so hard :D

Also reproduced exact same issue just by breaking exactly one loader placed yesterday in creative mod. For me it feels like loader break is inconsistent
