Excel Process Does Not Fully Terminate

Description:

Often the excel process does not fully terminate. This becomes an issue when users are trying to install the BHoM and are certain they have no active (apparent) excel/revit/rhino processes running, and the installer fails. Often though, a windowless process is still running and must be manually terminated from inside the Task Manager.
