Add QuickCommands for more interactive actions #415

Enable users to interact more intuitively with external applications by supporting the following actions via:
- Select BHoM objects on external application
- Isolate BHoM objects on external application
- DirectPull of selected elements from external application into BHoMObjects on Excel
- DirectPush (using default PushConfig) of selected BHoMObjects to external application
This enhancement aims to make BHoM on Excel more accessible and intuitive, without requiring formula setup or full data binding.
