Referrer not being set properly on some Chrome browsers

For some reason some users experience a bug where referrer doesn't include the full path (i.e. the /login) and just ends at root. For now a hotfix was patched here f130c94eff44984f386eb3b862ed63d688996d04, but we need to look into this further
