"Stretch" alignment #1
Description
In WPF, the default alignment option is always "Stretch", which means "fill the available space." This is not always possible for every element in MagicUI, but it is possible for some. We should allow a way to specify desired vs. actual size, and allow elements the capability to fill additional allocated space upon request
