DCA: Improve UX related to rate limits and yield selection #379
Description
- Disable "Continue" button on DCA first step if rate is too low to create position (which is network dependent). Show descriptive message.
- On step 2, show descriptive message on the disabled "Create Position" button when yield is turned on but no yield platforms are selected
