Introduction

This package is a Matlab implementation of the algorithms which aims to estimates the coefficients of the high dimensional AFT model. The principle is introduced in the artile "Identifying Gene-Environment Interactions with A Least Relative Error Approach".

Installation

1. Download the package from: https://github.com/Berserker408/GRE.

2. Run Matlab and navigate to package location as working directory.

3. Run demos named with demo_*.m. Enjoy!
