add proxies functionality

the proxies file to use, format IP:PORT:USER:PASS
proxies.txt will contain per line a proxy, example

1.2.3.4:2369:vincentsy:weh879fzh8dz
5.6.7.8:2369:vincentsy:weh879fzh8dz
